This urn and lid were turned out of a single piece of spalted maple and has the capacity of approximately 85 cu.in. The finial is gobon ebony. The lid was sized after the wood dried but the size does shift somewhat due to temperature and humidity and the lid may loosen or tighten during the change in seasons.
