11"W X 2.75"D The bowl is finished with food safe finish so it may be used either as a fruit bowl or a serving dish. Wooden utensils are recommended to prevent damage to the finish. The bowl may be hand washed in warm soapy water, rinsed, dried and put away. The finish is a hard shell finish that does not required replenishment as with natural oil finishes. The bowl is not meant for long duration refrigerated storage.
