13"L X 10.75"W X 6.5"D Pear bowl cut with a natural edge rim. Bark has been removed and the finish is food-safe so this piece may be used as a serving dish. Wooden serving utensils are recommended to avoid damage to the finish. The bowl may be hand washed in warm soapy water, rinsed, dried and stored. No replenishment of the finish is needed as with pieces finished with natural oils. Do not use for extended food storage. The green material visible at the bottom of the bowl in the last photo is malachite. That is an inlay glued into a crack that developed during the drying process to prevent further cracking and sealed with finish.
